| All of our coins are 1 1/2" in diameter. That's about the size of a silver dollar.

| Do you send me a proof of my artwork design before production? |
| Yes. We will email you a proof for your approval to ensure that the artwork design is exactly how you would like it. |

| How do I send my graphic or artwork? |
| You can upload the graphic or logo during the personalization process. Also, you can email it to design@mychocolatecoins.com All submissions can be any of the following file formats: eps, psd, ai, tif, jpg, gif, or pdf. |

| What type of chocolate do you use? |
| We are proud to use 100% Belgian Chocolate - Callebaut. This is the best Chocolate in the World. Don’t settle for waxy, gritty chocolate. |

| When will my order be shipped? |
| All orders ship on the 10th business day after your order is received. Rush Orders are available upon request. Most rush orders ship on the 3rd or 4th business day after your order is received. PLEASE CALL TO ARRANGE FOR RUSH ORDERS. During warm weather months, we only ship Mon-Wed via UPS 2nd Day and Thursdays via UPS Overnight so that your chocolate does not have to sit in a hot UPS warehouse over the weekend. |

| What is the shelf-life on your chocolate coins? |
| Our chocolate coins remain fresh for up to one (1) year. |

| How should I store my chocolate once I receive it? |
| Chocolate is best kept at temperatures between 63 and 75 degrees F. In most cases, an air conditioned home or office is perfect. Your chocolates should not be refrigerated or frozen, as this reduces the shelf life. It is also important that you store your chocolate off the floor and at least four inches away from any walls. This allows proper circulation of air around the chocolate products. It is also crucial that you avoid storing your chocolate near materials with strong odors. Chocolate absorbs any nearby odor, thus altering its flavor. |

| I am afraid to order your chocolate coins during Summer time…won’t they melt during shipping? |
| No, they won’t. We guarantee your chocolate will not melt during shipping. During summer months we use only expedited delivery services such as UPS 2nd Day Service. Your chocolates are packed using our MYCHOCOLATEGUARD system that protects the chocolate from the heat outside the box. We monitor temperatures nationwide daily and include frozen gel packs with your chocolates when needed at no additional charge to you. |
